Dallas Business Insurance Quotes
Dallas commercial contracts are more demanding than most of DFW, and the certificate requirements are where small businesses get caught. We read the contract first, then build the policy to it, shopping more than 56 insurance carriers and markets.

"The GC rejected our certificate three times over wording and our previous agent could not explain why. Rainbow read the contract, told us exactly which endorsements were missing, and had a compliant certificate out in a day. We kept the mobilization date."

Dallas Business Insurance FAQs
My certificate keeps getting rejected. Why?
Almost always an endorsement rather than a limit. Dallas contracts commonly require additional insured status, waiver of subrogation, primary and non-contributory wording, and a notice of cancellation provision. Send us the insurance exhibit and we will build the policy to it rather than quoting first and rewriting under deadline.
Do I need cyber liability if I am a small business?
If you take card payments or hold customer data, yes. General liability excludes data breach completely. Cyber covers breach response, notification, forensics, legal defense, and increasingly ransomware and funds-transfer fraud, which is what is actually hitting small businesses. Small-business premiums are modest.
What is hired and non-owned auto coverage?
It protects your business when an employee drives their own vehicle on company business, including errands and client visits. Their personal policy protects them, not the company. It is an inexpensive endorsement and it is missing from most small business policies we review.
Is workers comp required in Texas?
Not for most private employers, but declining it means losing the statutory liability protections comp provides, so an injured worker can sue for negligence directly. Most Dallas general contractors and corporate clients also refuse uninsured subcontractors, making it a requirement for the work itself.
